Playgroup – Party Mix Vol 1

Created originally as a promotional mix from the Source label to help explain his debut Playgroup albums musical influences to ill-advised press, record stores, label staff + distributors, Trevor embarked on what would become a near legendary mix covering all of his favourite tracks from the 80’s.

Featuring 200 tracks in the space of 60 minutes, it vividly takes you through early electro, funk, hop hop, new wave, post punk, disco, pop + rock. Expertly mixed, with no tracklisting featured, to date the full tracklisting hasn’t been correctly solved by even the most ruthless trainspotters.

Bootlegged many times the mix has become something of an underground classic.
