Buying products on the site –
By placing an order on trevorjackson.wpengine.com  you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at [email protected] before placing your order with us. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.

Prices + Duties –
The Trevor Jackson Shop accepts payments in British Pounds, US Dollars & Euro’s. The default currency is determined by the country you are viewing from. To change the currency please select accordingly. Most destinations are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. The following regions are sent on a Delivery Duty Paid basis: United Kingdom and Europe. Please note the Express service to United States, Australia, New Zealand and other international territoires is not a Delivery Duty Paid service. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order. Credit Notes –
Issued Credit notes are valid for a period of 6 months from date of issue.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
